We make wedding planning as simple and stress-free as possible by being your one stop shop for small and luxurious weddings. On average the typical couple is in contract with at least 14+ vendors. We provide a list of vendors right at your finger-tips, when you book with A. Marie Events & Design, you book your entire wedding with just us. With a variety of enhancements and add-ons, we can provide you with a custom wedding or destination wedding experience.Not only do you get that you also get a personalized online wedding management tool, so you can keep track of your spending, RSVPs, upload your inspiration and even make payments.


How Does It Work

Click on each category to find our list of vendors, on our website choose the ones you would like to work with.

Go to our vendor selection form link and select the vendors you have chosen and submit them.


A. Marie Events & Design Planners, will see if that vendor is available on the day of your wedding and will submit your request for a quote.

Once we receive the quote from the vendors you have chosen to work with, we will forward the quote to you for your final approval.  

Once you approve the quote, we will get your contracts for you to sign and download them to your personalized online planning tool which we will create for you. Where all your vendors will be listed with their contact information, we will track your budget to make sure you stay on track, you can manage RSVP's, upload ideas or documents you want us to have and so much more...….....

  • 4 Face to Face Consultations and Unlimited Consultation via Telephone and E-mail, facetime, skype or zoom this service starts from the date our services are retained and continues throughout the wedding planning process up to your wedding day. ​

    • Spending plan and cost analysis which includes a personal spending plan spreadsheet as well as management, through our online planning tools.

    • Menu Tasting + Details meeting with Venue/Caterer

    • Wedding Day Timeline Session

  • Assist with floorplan

  • Detailed wedding day timeline for vendors and wedding party

  • Ceremony + Reception Planning

  • Create a detailed schedule for rehearsal, ceremony and reception

  • Assist with designing seating arrangements for reception
