Our All-Inclusive Quinceanera Management

This is for the family who wants help with the whole shebang, from start to finish.  Full-service Quincearnera Management are all-inclusive – they capture all the services we offer,  planning and design for the entire event as well as the Mass.  This package is one in which we will be involved every step of the way, including helping coordinate the religious and cultural aspects of the event. We also attend most or all of the initial site visits and vendor meeting to make sure that every single detail is being executed including the food. This service includes Day -Of Coordination.

For an all-inclusive design, planning, and coordination experience, your investment starts at $4,595. This option is more appropriate for larger-scale, more elaborate Quinceaneras, requiring an extensive amount of planning time and/or a celebration with a size-able amount of invited guests. Typically, A. Marie Events & Design will spend on average 50 + hours planning a Quince for a family who chooses this package, as we are also involved in the coordination of the religious aspects of the event. No matter which package you choose, we will determine your financial plan in our first meeting and commit to helping you secure the perfect vendors within your overall budget. (Please note that the quoted price is for A. Marie Events & Design Services only; it does not reflect the cost of services from other vendors you choose (e.g., venue, decor, catering, music, etc.).) Any of our packages can also be adjusted and customized to meet your needs – just ask and we will put something together that works just for you.

For an all-inclusive Quince Anos Management, we help you with any or all the following:

  • Coordinating with the Quinceanera, her family, Padrinos, chosen Court of Honor and other contacts on all religious rites of passage and traditions

  • Choosing Quinceanera specific items (e.g., tiara, Rosary, Cross, Bible, bouquet of flowers for the Virgin Mary, candles for a candle lighting, ribbons and ring for ribbon/ring ceremony, the Last Doll (Ultima Muneca), low-heeled and high-heeled shoes for Changing of the Shoes, etc.) and more

  • Venue selection for reception (and church, if desired)

  • Selecting a unique theme or style; Overall décor including floral arrangements, floor plan and layout

  • Caterer; Food, beverage, cake and dessert selection; Tastings

  • DJ, band or other entertainment; Music selection; Picking special songs and dances

  • Setting up choreography for waltzes with dance instruction (with Father and Court)

  • Arranging for rehearsal of the choreographed waltzes before the big day

  • Photographer; Videographer

  • Transportation and lodging

  • Guest list management; Seating chart assistance

  • Save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, menus, table numbers, ceremony programs, party favors, information sheets, hotel welcome bags

  • Addressing and mailing save-the-dates, invitations, and thank you’s

  • Choosing attire and assistance with fittings (if desired)

  • Coordinating all spa, hair, makeup appointments

  • Guest activity research and coordination

  • Childcare services coordination (if desired)

  • Creating and managing event timeline

  • Contract negotiation with all vendors

  • Confirmation with all vendors two weeks and one week before the Quince

  • On-site event day coordination with your planner

  • Budget management and coordination of final payments to vendors

  • An additional assistant, if desired *

  • Creating photo montage or introductory video *

  • Managing Quince website *

  • Helping the Quince and her family write/rehearse toasts, and/or other special blessings / speeches *
