To keep each project completely customizable, the following may be added to your gifting proposal as needed:

 

Custom Branding & Personalization
Custom logos, branded products, personalized packaging, specialty printing, monograms, custom stationery, labels, tags, ribbons, and other branded elements are quoted according to production requirements.

 

Specialty Packaging
Luxury boxes, keepsake containers, custom-designed packaging, specialty bags, acrylic containers, wood boxes, and other premium presentation options are quoted separately.

 

Local Delivery
Delivery throughout South Florida is quoted based on location, quantity, timing, and delivery requirements.

 

Hotel & Venue Delivery Coordination
Delivery and coordination with hotels, resorts, venues, villas, yachts, and other properties may be added to your proposal.

Any handling, storage, bell-service, room-drop, or delivery fees charged directly by the property are the responsibility of the client.

Individual & Multi-Address Shipping
Shipping is calculated separately based on package dimensions, weight, destination, carrier requirements, and number of delivery addresses.

 

Destination Gifting Logistics
Destination projects requiring product shipment, transportation, customs, local sourcing, or on-site coordination are custom quoted.

 

Rush Production
Projects requested within shortened production timelines may incur a rush-production fee and are accepted based on availability.

Our Gifting Policy

Because every A. Marie gifting experience is created specifically for each client, full payment is required before products, customized materials, or packaging are ordered.

​

Custom, personalized, branded, edible, and specially sourced products are considered final sale once ordered.

 

Product availability may change. When necessary, comparable substitutions may be recommended and submitted for approval.

​

Final quantities must be confirmed before production begins.

​

Shipping, delivery, hotel handling, room-drop fees, taxes, customs, and other third-party charges are not included unless specifically stated in your proposal.

Do I have to hire A. Marie Events & Design to plan my wedding or event?

No. Gifting & Curated Amenities can be booked as a standalone service. We work with individuals, couples, corporations, organizations, planners, venues, hotels, travel professionals, and other hospitality partners.

Is there a minimum order?

Custom gifting projects currently begin with a $1,000 minimum project investment. Minimum quantities may also apply to certain custom, branded, or personalized products.

Can you work with a lower price per gift for a large event?

Yes. High-volume projects such as conferences, weddings, corporate programs, and brand activations are custom quoted. Larger quantities may allow us to source products and packaging differently while maintaining an intentional presentation.

 

Can you incorporate our company branding?

Yes. Depending on the project, we can coordinate branded packaging, custom stationery, tags, labels, ribbons, promotional items, and other personalized elements.

 

Can you create destination-specific gifts?

Absolutely. Destination-inspired curation is one of our favorite ways to create a meaningful guest experience. Whenever possible, we can incorporate products and details that reflect the location.

 

Do you offer shipping?

Shipping may be available depending on the products, destination, quantity, and project requirements. Multi-location corporate gifting can also be discussed during your consultation.

 

Can you deliver gifts directly to a hotel or venue?

Yes, when permitted by the property. We can coordinate delivery requirements with participating hotels, resorts, venues, and event locations. Property handling, delivery, storage, or room-drop fees may apply.

 

Can you work within a specific budget?

Yes. Your desired investment is one of the first things we consider when developing the gifting direction. We'll recommend options designed around your overall budget, quantity, and priorities.

 

How far in advance should I inquire?

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for large quantities, custom products, branded items, or

destination projects. Rush projects may be considered based on product availability and our production schedule.
