Each experience is intentionally designed around a specific guest range to preserve visual balance, champagne pacing, and content quality.

If your guest list exceeds the included number, additional guests may be accommodated through our Experience Expansion Fee.

→ $150 per additional guest

Includes up to 20 guests

What Additional Guest Fees Include​

Each additional guest adds:

• Expanded seating and place styling

• Additional champagne service and glassware

• Food scaling (grazing + culinary flow)

• Increased staffing and service pacing

• Adjusted soundscape, scent, and lighting balance

• Extended setup, breakdown, and cleanup scope

This ensures the experience feels cohesive — never crowded or diluted.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SCALING NOTE

Culinary upgrades and champagne quantities scale with guest count to maintain presentation, abundance, and flow.

Custom menus and plated options are quoted based on final guest count.

Why Additional Guests Are Priced Separately

Our experiences are not linear — they are layered.

Adding guests impacts:

• Table dimensions and spatial flow

• Champagne pacing and pour choreography

• Staffing ratios

• Content capture angles and timing

• Food presentation and replenishment

• Cleanup and site restoration

Because of this, additional guests are treated as experience expansions, not simple headcount increases.
