How far in advance should I begin planning a proposal?

We recommend beginning the planning process 4–8 weeks in advance, especially if your proposal includes elements such as a private venue, floral design, photography, or destination travel. This allows time to coordinate the location and details that will help create a seamless experience.

​Can you help select the proposal location?

Absolutely. We assist our clients in selecting locations that align with the atmosphere and experience they want to create. This may include scenic outdoor settings, private venues, or meaningful locations that reflect your relationship.

Do you coordinate photographers or videographers?

Yes. Many clients choose to document their proposal so they can relive the moment and share it with family and friends. We can coordinate experienced photographers or videographers who discreetly capture the proposal as it unfolds.

Can you plan destination proposals?

Yes. In addition to local proposal experiences, we also assist with planning destination proposals in locations such as the Caribbean, Mexico, and other beautiful destinations.
